	Unsettled in your current role

The information is not presented to encourage individuals to continually move from one job to another, quite the contrary it is written to encourage individuals to find their ideal career.

It was written to re-enforce the absolute importance to all of us to being aware of where we are going in our careers, and what our ultimate goals and objectives are.

We have to define in what way, does our current role help us to attain these career goals, or how does it hinder us from achieving them, and what action, if appropriate, must we take immediately to stay on track to achieving our ‘dreams with a deadline’.
